Well I must confess I am hooked, addicted, or any number of way you want to say it but I am. What is it that I am hooked on you ask. It’s the 7th Son and it’s an audio book online and it free you know the best kind of drug. J.C Hutchins the author to the 7th Son Trilogy created his master piece in a podcast format and put it out for the world to read for fee.
I thought well this has been done before and why is this one any different than any other. So I decided to listen to the first few chapters. I fired up the web and downloaded the first 3 chapters and moved them to the trusty IPod.
The following day I started work as normal and plugged the iPod in and started playing music when I remembered that I had this audio book to try out.
Chapter 1 started and the author started to lay out the foundation of this story and by chapter 3 I was hooked and it was wonderful.
It’s a great story idea and its well read by the author and its keep you wanting the next chapter. He has a way to end a chapter with a cliff hanger that keeps you coming back for more.
Now I am a late comer to this audio book as he has posted all three books and you can listen to them all and anything new he is doing. So if you decide to try a sample know it old news to the web but a new to you. You can read and access everything from the author’s website and I think you should give it a try it is really a good listen. The author has the first book being published in book form in 2009 and I for one will be getting it.
